How do I choose my size?
Our clothing is offered in men’s sizes S, M, L and XL. Review the fit description on each product and allow room for your preferred layers. For help before ordering, email sac@exponk.com.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Processing is additional to transit.
What are the shipping options?
Standard Shipping is FREE, with 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is US$14.90, with 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery is available to destinations supported at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates.
How do I track my order?
Shipment updates and available tracking are sent to your order email. An initial tracking scan may take time to appear. Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email sac@exponk.com for routing instructions before shipping anything back. The business address is not automatically the return destination. Customers ordinarily pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover appropriate return costs for incorrect or defective goods. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
